Selecting the Team for Best Value Partnering

 

Research and development by Southampton University of ‘Selecting the Team’ to help in selecting the team for Partnering projects.

‘Selecting the Team’, published in early 2003 by the Construction Industry Council, will be part of a library of documents aimed at aiding the user in Partnering.

‘Selecting the Team’is a simple two stage process which is flexible to users, focuses on the Client, is run by a Selection Panel and built up from Selection Factors and Descriptors.

Early research and analysis of how this tool has been received.
